For all the singles listening today, who are you looking for in a mate someday? Have you ever thought about it? Well, there's something you'd be crazy to be without in your purse or wallet.

Most of the singles I meet around the country never have this incredibly important thing with them in their purse or wallet. It's amazing to me to think that most of them have never even considered carrying this one thing. And yet, people are still amazed when they get stuck in a bad marriage and are divorced within 5 years of their "till death do us part" vows.

What is it you ask? It's a quality list of character traits you want in a future husband or wife. Sound a little too complex? Good. That's what I want it to feel like.

You can't possibly find the mate of your dreams if you don't ever think about who that mate is. How can you find what you're looking for if you've never actually put down on paper what you want? This list shouldn't be overwhelming and should not take up more than one side of a normal 8.5 by 11 piece of paper. So go ahead, make out your list today and then find that person.
